What to send for the best result

Bookkeeping: a full-year transactions/GL export and the trial balance (CSV or Excel, not Apple Numbers)
Bank: statements for the whole year, including any second accounts (Wise, PayPal, Stripe)
Aged debtors and aged creditors listings
Finance agreements: HP, loans, mortgages and any completion statements
Payroll: P11s / P32 / P60s if there are employees
VAT returns for the year if VAT-registered
Last year's working papers (as a real .xlsx) to roll forward, and your firm template if you use one
A quick note on anything unusual: it saves a re-run
